I’m Mary Apffel and I’m glad you stopped by my web page.
As a coach, I’m known for asking the question, "What do you want?” and "What's next for you?"
As a trained professional transitions coach and a skilled workshop facilitator, I am passionate about women moving forward on the project, the goal, and the life they want. I will guide you to shift your ability to see your uniqueness, to envision your possibilities, to be true to yourself, to use your passion and to take action. I coach the transition between where you are and where you want to be.
I established Lifecycle Coaching in 2009 and have been coaching women ever since. I’m a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching – a year long, International Coaching Federation accredited training program. I’m an active and participating member of the ICF Washington State and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Leisure Services and I’ve had a career in the production of events, both large and small. I've run my own businesses and I’ve done a variety of unique and exciting things. My life has spanned a time of incredible growth for a woman’s rights and her pursuit of personal and professional power. I have benefited from being a woman in these times. But most importantly, I have been involved in working with, understanding, and encouraging women to find ways to be what they want to be, in a variety of settings for the past forty-five years.
I work with women to:
~Bring forth their uniqueness
~Discover their passion
